XEO HQ Woonona
Football Birthday Parties
Two hours of indoor football, run start to finish by our coaches. You bring the cake. We do the rest.
Check AvailabilityThe idea
A birthday party where the parents actually get to sit down.
Our coaches run the whole two hours — warm-up games, skills challenges, a mini world cup with the birthday kid picking teams. Indoors on the synthetic pitch at Woonona, so it goes ahead whatever the weather is doing.

How the two hours run
Kids get on the pitch straight away while the stragglers turn up. No standing around.
Coach-led skills games, shooting comps, crossbar challenge. Everyone gets a go regardless of ability.
Teams picked by the birthday kid, proper matches, a winner and a presentation.
Tables set aside for you. Bring whatever you like — we don't cater, so there's no menu to argue with.
What's included
Exclusive use of the indoor pitch. One party at a time, no sharing with a public session.
Our coaching staff run and supervise it. Not a hired room with a speaker in the corner.
Balls, bibs, goals, music. Kids just need something to run in.
Fully indoors. No wet-weather phone call the morning of the party.

Before you book
What ages is it good for?
Anywhere from about 5 to 14. The coaches pitch the games to the group in front of them, so a party of six-year-olds and a party of twelve-year-olds both work.
Do the kids need to play football already?
Not at all. Plenty of party guests have never kicked a ball. The games are built so everyone's involved and nobody's standing on the sideline.
Can parents stay?
Yes, and most do. There's seating alongside the pitch. You won't be asked to supervise — that's what the coaches are for.
What about food and cake?
Bring your own. We set aside tables and space for the last half hour. We don't cater, so you're not locked into a package.
Where are you?
