Questions parents ask
How long is the party?
Two hours. Roughly 90 minutes of football and games run by the coaches, then half an hour for cake and food in the party area.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes. Bring whatever you like — we've got tables and space set aside. We don't cater, so it's completely up to you.
What if we go over the kid count?
A couple over is fine. If you're going from 15 to 20, pick the bigger package when you book so we can staff it properly.
What's the deposit option?
$100 secures the date and time. The balance is due on the day. The slot isn't held until the deposit is paid.
Can we cancel or move it?
Give us 14 days' notice and we'll move you to another slot or refund the deposit. Inside 14 days the deposit is kept, since the slot is off the calendar.
Where are you?
XEO HQ, Unit 5, 7 Pioneer Drive, Woonona. Parking is on site inside the complex.
