Sizing Guide
Measure the player, match the number, order once. Everything below is body measurements in centimetres — the size of the person, not the garment.

Enter what you know. Chest gives the most accurate answer; height alone is close enough for most players.
Fill in at least one field.
How to measure
-
1Chest
All the way around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms. Keep the tape level and don't pull it tight. Arms relaxed by the sides.
-
2Waist
Around the natural waist — the narrowest point, roughly level with the belly button. This is the one that matters for shorts.
-
3Body length
From the top of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to sit. Only needed if you're between sizes on chest.
-
↕Height
Shoes off, back against a wall. The quickest measurement to take and the one most youth sizing is built around.

Fit notes
Cut close to the body for playing in. If your player is between sizes or mid-growth-spurt, size up — a season is a long time.
Meant to be tight. Take your normal size — sizing up defeats the purpose. Only goes to Large.
Cut to go over a kit or base layer, so there's room built in. Take your normal size.
Standard fit, worn off the pitch. Between sizes? Size down for a trim look, up for comfort.
Youth sizes step up roughly every two years. If they're at the top of a band or about to hit a growth spurt, go up one.
Made to order, so sizes can't be swapped after production. Get a sizing set from us before a club order goes in.
Ordering for a team
A typical junior squad splits roughly like this: U8s–U10s sit mostly in Youth S to Youth M; U12s spread across Youth M and Youth L; U14s–U16s across Youth XL, XS and S, with a couple of Mediums. Senior squads centre on M and L with a tail either side.
Order a size up for players mid-growth. Kit is usually worn for two seasons. It's better to have one loose season than a squad of players in kit that doesn't fit by round eight.
Add 10% spare. New players join, kits get lost. A few extras in the common sizes costs less than a second production run.

Common questions
Do I measure the player or a garment they own?
The player. All the numbers above are body measurements, not flat garment measurements. Measure over light clothing, not a jumper.
My player is between two sizes.
Size up, especially for youth sizes and anything they'll wear for a full season. The exception is the compression base layer, which should be snug.
Can I exchange if it doesn't fit?
Stock items, yes — unworn and with tags. Custom sublimated teamwear is made to order and can't be exchanged, which is why we send a sizing set for club orders.
How do youth sizes compare to shop sizes?
Youth XL and adult 2XS are close, with Youth XL cut slightly shorter in the body. If a teenager is between the two, adult 2XS usually wears better.
What size ball does my player need?
Size 4 up to age 12, size 5 from 13 and for all senior football. Junior competitions in NSW follow the same split.
