1-on-1 Training

One player, one coach, 45 or 60 minutes on the indoor pitch at HQ. Sessions are built around what your player actually needs to fix — not a set curriculum.

Rates

Session 1 player 2 players
45 minutesThe standard session $60 $45 each · $90 total
1 hourMore game-scenario work $80 $60 each · $120 total

Two-player sessions work well for siblings, teammates or mates at a similar level — more reps, more competition, cheaper each. Most players train weekly or fortnightly, but one-offs before trials are fine.

Questions parents ask

Where do sessions run?

XEO HQ, Unit 5, 7 Pioneer Drive, Woonona — indoors on the synthetic pitch, so weather never cancels a session. Parking is on site inside the complex.

Who coaches the session?

One of our XEO coaches, matched to your player's age and what they're working on. We'll tell you who when we confirm the time.

How do we pay?

We'll email an invoice once the time is confirmed. Pay by bank transfer before the first session.

Can two players share a session?

Yes — it's cheaper each and works well for siblings, teammates or mates at a similar level. Both players get plenty of touches, and having someone to compete against lifts the intensity.

Do we have to commit to a block?

No. Most players train weekly or fortnightly, but plenty book a one-off before a trial or to work through one specific problem.

What if we need to reschedule?

Let us know at least 24 hours before and we'll move it. Inside 24 hours the session is charged, since the coach and the pitch are already held.

Can 1-on-1s run alongside a group program?

Yes, and it's a good combination — the group session builds the habits, the 1-on-1 fixes the specific thing holding them back.
