FAQ
Before you book
Why is full term less than the price I saw earlier?
Term 4 has already started, so full term is priced pro-rata. You only pay for the weeks still to run, and the price drops every Monday. The crossed-out figure is the full 10-week price. Nobody who booked earlier has lost out: they paid for the weeks they got.
When does Term 4 run?
10 weeks, Monday 12 October to Friday 18 December 2026. The exact dates for your day are shown when you pick a session.
The session I want is full. What now?
Two options, both on screen when you tap that session. If the same age group runs on another day with room, we'll show it and you can switch in one tap. Otherwise join the waitlist. Dropouts happen most terms and we work through the list in order. Once a group hits its cap we close casual spots too, so the floor doesn't get overcrowded.
I'm interested but not ready to pay. What do I do?
Pick your session and choose Register Interest. It takes 30 seconds, costs nothing, and we'll call or email you to sort the rest. It doesn't hold a spot, though. Paid full-term bookings go in first.
Can we try a session first?
Yes. Book a free trial session in any open group, then come back here to join for the rest of term.
What if my player misses a session?
Tell us before the session and we'll do our best to slot them into another group that week. Missed sessions without notice aren't refunded.
Can I pay week to week instead?
Yes. Every session has a Single Session option while that group still has room. The spot isn't held for the term and casual places depend on space on the day, so full term is better value if they're coming every week.
How many players in a group?
Sixteen for the development groups. The Monday morning U12s group is a small one, capped at eight. Once a session fills, both full term and casual close here automatically and you can join the waitlist.
What does "invite only" mean?
High Performance sessions are placed by our coaches. If your player hasn't been invited, book an open session and talk to us about being considered.
What should my player bring?
Football boots, shin pads and a full drink bottle. XEO HQ is indoors, so training runs rain or shine.
